What makes our cookers special?
Our cookers aren't mass produced and we do not have a production line. Each one of our smokers are hand crafted by a small team of very talented fabricators that pour their hearts into each piece they create. Once completed they are thoroughly inspected by the fabricators and Randall. By the time your cooker leaves the Deep South shop, it has been touched by all of us and takes a piece of us with it. This is why when you make the choice to add one of our cookers to your lineup you become part of our Deep South Family.
